Crop Ontology terms are available on the Planteome site, mapped to the Trait Ontology (NSF-awarded project)
Crop Ontology participates as a use case to the Agroportal pilot project - version1.0

To develop a Trait Dictionary upload it on the Crop ontology site

Download the Trait Dictionary template v5 (TDv5) that integrates standard variables.
Guidelines are available at the Crop Ontology wiki (new guidelines coming soon for the template 5)
